Yes it was so enjoyable to be able to watch 7th Heaven during my lunch break from school during the week and "Little House" when I got home. I able to do one since they returned "Little House" to the afternoon slot, but I would love to see 7th Heaven return to their line-up. Please Hallmark return you're schedule back to the way it was before!

Hi Barne...echoing what susanf posted - I do believe that the shows you mentioned are not off for good...they just won't be on during Hallmark's holiday schedule; which consists of Christmas movies basically all afternoon. I do love Hallmark's Christmas movies and I think it is nice to have the "Countdown to Christmas" marathon....but it would have been better if they left a little variety of everyone's favorite shows instead of just one or two. I think we all might

  • Me during my navy days.

    • From: timothy_mccorkell
    • Description:

I only lived two blocks away from the girl of my dreams, but it took decades before our paths ever crossed. But, at last when we found each we learned that we would have to wait six months to get married at Saint Pat's in Bay Ridge Brookyn, unless of course we got married on Halloween. So as trick or treators were having fun in their spooky outfits we were all dressed up for our weeding day.

But getting married on Haloween does have it's advantages. At least it's kind of hard for me to forget our anniversary day. Anyway, I'm just glad that we finally found eachother at last, and I've had a story published online that's free for all to read about how we finally found eachother at long last. The story is on this clickable link. http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/928227/the_girl_in_the_window.html?cat=10

  • A great entertainer

    • From: Joe
    • Description:

On October 8, 2009, live entertainment was provided by local country music star Kenny Durham. Kenny announced the release of his new CD called "Live at Keg Springs." Kenny and I have been life long friends since our school days. Kenny sang his new song entitled "Thank you John" which is part of his tribute show that he performs for the late John Denver. He has won numerous awards and was recently awarded a watercolor portrait of himself, that was painted by award winning artist Gail McDaniel during a John Denver Tribute Concert in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. McDaniel is internationally known as a teacher in Canada, Europe and Central America. Kenny is a talented artist and his songs and music is great.

  • Old Trace Trail

    • From: Joe
    • Description:

This is a photo of the "Old Trace Trail" on which Governor Lewis travelled. This area is within the last mile of his final ride. The photo was taken in october and reflects the autumn beauty that was prevalent. Soon afterwards Governor Lewis arrived at the cabin known as Grinder's Stand. He rode this trail on October 10, 1809 and during the night, was shot twice and died early the next morning.

I just got the book "Christmas in Canaan" from the library a few days ago and have been reading it and loving the story so much.  I plan to purchase the book soon as I would love to read it more than once. The movie sounds wonderful and as a huge fan of Billy Ray Cyrus, I am so excited to see him play the role of Daniel.  He is perfect for this role.

I am  glad you like the article and yes it is a very wonderful movie to watch during the Christmas holidays. I too haven't read the book in awhile and I thought of wanting to read it again sometime soon, too! I also think all the actors/actresses did a terrific job of bringing the characters from the book to life onscreen superbly.

      Hi,

This is the first year I've had Hallmark.  Do they usually pretty much take TBAA off the air in the weeks leading up to Christmas?  I notice it's gone after Nov. 20th except for 2 late night Christmas themed episodes each weekend.  Is this normal or should we be concerned?  For what it's worth, MASH and maybe some others also seem to be gone during those weeks.  So I'm hoping it's just going to last for about 5 weeks at most and then everything will be back to normal bu
