II. Rules for Use of the Site
The Site provides you and other users an opportunity to submit, post, display, transmit and/or exchange information, ideas, opinions, photographs, images, video, creative works or other information, messages, transmissions or material related to our programming ("Post" or "Postings"). Postings do not reflect our views and we do not endorse any Posting in any way. V. Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site, or remove and discard any Posting transmitted by you, or information stored, sent, or received via the Site without prior notice and for any reason. Termination, suspension, or cancellation of this Site or your access rights will not affect any of our right or entitled relief. Upon termination of the Site or your access rights, all rights granted to you will automatically terminate and immediately revert to us.

Technology and hosting for aspects of this website are provided by KickApps Corporation, a Third Party Application Service Provider ("Service Provider"). However, "Hallmark Channel" controls the content, membership and policy of this website, including those pages served by the Service Provider on behalf of this website. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, by participating on this website you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider on all matters related to your interaction with others using this website and participation with this website, including your representation that you are at least thirteen years old. As such, the Service Provider is a third party beneficiary to your agreement with this website; such agreement with this website is defined above.
