For pity's sake already - STOP SHOWING THE GOLDEN GIRLS AROUND THE CLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every single time I have checked for the last 36hours plus it has been that show. Enough already!!!!!!!!!!
C'mon... it is not fair, this has turned into the Golden Girls Channel... you show nothing else anymore, when you want to fill in, it's the Golden Girls. When you have a Marathon, it's the Golden Girls.... when you want to show a sitcom, it's the Golden Girls. Good Grief.
Personally I have never liked the show but even if I did I would be sick of it by now. How many different ways can you run a line-up of the same thing, over and over and over and over. There are so many wonderful and different things you can be showing ... and fine, include the Golden Girls there somewhere, but NOT every half hour, every hour, all day, every day!!!!!! Please... stop showing them so much
Sorry Voltron

Southbreeze, I love Designing Women. Especially the original cast. It kind of went downhill when Delta Burke and Jean Smart left the show, in my opinion. I used to watch it on Lifetime. I think TVLand and/or Nick at Nite tried to air it for a short while, but ended putting it on at a ridiculously late time, so I didn't get to see it.
Do you remember the episode where Suzanne was sponsoring Mary Jo's daughter (her name escapes me) for a junior miss contest. Anyhow, there were a couple of other beauty queens, and they made derrogatory remarks about Suzanne's baton twirling as part of the talent contest. Anyhow, Julia, overheard the two and gets on a soapbox and made a speech. The last part of the speech went something like..."And just so you know...That was the night that the lights went out in Georgia." Julia's voice was clip, clip, clip, clip, clip. Very distinct. Very precise.
Sorry, I didn't mean to go on, but I used to love that show.

This is a suggestion, of course some of the program suggestions could be replaced with other shows, but I think to stay family friendly is the key. Also not showing any program for more than 1 hour at a time would also be beneficial as it would not tire people out of one program or run you through an entire season or series in a month.
Some other shows that would be good on Hallmark would be The Honeymooners, McHales Navy, Wings, Alf, The Phil Silvers Show, Father Knows Best, The Donna Reed Show, The Patty Duke Show, Make Room For Daddy, Hogans Heroes, Andy Griffith, Amen, The Cosby Show, Bewitched, Gilligan's Island, Family Ties, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, The Bob Newhart Show, Newhart, Barney Miller, and The Waltons to name a few.
