Attention Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz Fans!!

Greetings, Friends!

I just wanted to give everyone a "head's up" on a late night airing of a Lucy/Ricky movie, in case you weren't aware already!! 

I am a HUGE fan of the Silent Movie era and Turner Classic Movies (TCM) airs these movies on Sunday nights and in the wee hours of the morning.  I was clicking ahead on my Dish Network Guide today (looking for Silent Movies to record), and I found a couple of gems for fans of Lucy and Ricky!!

OK:

On Friday, April 17th from 3:30~5:00 AM

"Too Many Girls (1940)"  This one features both Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.  It looks like it's a cute movie!

On Sunday, April 19th from 5:00~ 6:30 AM

"The Fuller Brush Girl (1950)"  This one features Lucy.  It looks like a good one, too!

I know, these are both airing soooo early!!!   But if you have a DVR or VCR, you can record them!  My DVR is constantly recording overnight because so many good programs come on TCM in the wee hours of the morning!

  If you were already aware of these showings, I apologize for my post.  I just wanted to give everyone a "head's up" !

Just wanted to remind everyone again about the Lucy and Desi movie that comes on at 3:30 in the AM on TCM!!  It's channel 132 for me with Dish Network out here in East Texas......don't know what channel it is for you guys!  I have my DVR set for it and I'm anxious to watch it!!  Nita says it is the movie where Lucy and Desi met!!  I would love to discuss it with everyone after it airs, if anyone is up for it !!

I just love old movies, especially if there is some kind of a history with them!!  It'll be very interesting to see the dynamics between Lucy and Desi during the movie and it'll be a bonus to see the chemistry start between them!!

No problem!  This looks really cute!  Ya know, I saw Lucy in an episode of The Three Stooges about a week ago.....OH MY GOSH!!  She was a KNOCKOUT in her very early days!!  She was cute in the Lucy show, but she was friggin' GORGEOUS as a glamourous actress!!

I agree with Annabelle, Lucy was beautiful.  I guess she did the comedy so well that I didn't really notice her looks, if that makes any sense.
